I've been involved in Scouting for the last 8 years with many roles - everything from a Webelos Den Leader to Commitee Chair.  I also teach the high school girls Sunday School class at church every week.  I truly believe that everyone can make a positive difference in the lives of youth today by getting involved in the things that interest them.

I've been a CPA for 17 years, and prior to that, I was a controller for a retail music store.  As a CPA, I assist clients every day with starting new businesses, expanding existing businesses, and accounting issues related to running a business.

As a certified public accountant, I assist clients in the day to day operations of running a business.  We focus on increasing sales, decreasing expenses and tracking how closely they are meeting their proposed budgets. 

5 - if Scout has operated a business for at least 3 months, this requirement can be completed at clinic.  If not, Scout will have to complete after class for completion of merit badge.
